Eighteen lakeside homesites continuing the rhythm, scale, and stewardship of the original Tall Pines community at Lake Anna.
Tall Pines North is conceived as the next chapter of an established neighborhood — designed to share the same standards, the same canopy, and the same private road network as the community it adjoins.
When the original Tall Pines was platted along Lake Anna, it set a deliberate rhythm: generous lots, mature canopy preserved, a quiet private road network, and houses set well back from the lakeshore. Tall Pines North carries that rhythm south, across a single contiguous parcel, adding eighteen homesites without disturbing the character that residents bought into.
Each lot ranges from one and a half to over four acres. The internal road system is fully private, designed to meet the standards of the existing section, and connects directly through the established Section II entrance — meaning new residents arrive home the same way current ones do.
A formal request will be made to the existing Tall Pines Homeowners Association to adopt this section under the existing covenants. The intent is a single community under a single set of standards — strengthening the HOA's footing without introducing new amenities to maintain.
Eighteen homesites arranged along three short cul-de-sacs, sharing a single private road entry from the existing Tall Pines section and a separate construction-only entrance off Old Mill Road. Click the plat to enlarge.
Acreages are approximate, as reflected on the 1 April 2026 conceptual division. Final figures to follow detailed survey and county review.

Lake Anna remains Virginia's most coveted inland water destination — thirteen thousand acres of clean water, two hours from three major metros, and a stewardship culture older than most of its homes.
Tall Pines sits on the lake's quieter southern arm, far from the public beach and traffic patterns of the northwestern shore. The original section established the neighborhood as a refuge — wooded, low-density, intentionally unhurried. Tall Pines North preserves that posture.
Mineral and the lake's central commercial cluster sit fifteen minutes north. The interstate is closer than residents expect — and the cities are close enough that lake homes here function as primary residences for an increasing share of owners, not just weekend retreats.
Three established Virginia firms behind the project — chosen for their work in this corner of the state, and for understanding what a Lake Anna community is supposed to feel like.
Homestead Estates leads design and construction across all eighteen homesites — committing to the architectural standards and material palette that define the existing Tall Pines section, while offering buyers genuine customization within those guardrails.
Keeton & Co represents the project for sales, buyer relations, and marketing. Their team works exclusively on the lake — and their familiarity with the Tall Pines community informs every conversation with prospective owners.
The original conceptual division and ongoing survey work is performed by Kenneth M. Hart & Associates of Mineral, Virginia — a firm long familiar with the parcel and its boundary history.
We are asking the existing Tall Pines Homeowners Association to adopt this section under its current covenants.
Tall Pines North is designed to meet — and where reasonable, exceed — Louisa County subdivision standards.
